Writing platform
The writing platform was a total letdown. The document software was full of bugs and kept messing things up, making me waste so much time getting frustrated. It would randomly delete words, tell me words were spelled wrong when they weren't, and add weird gaps everywhere. It was a nightmare trying to write anything on there. On top of that, the jobs section was basically useless with links to other sites like Indeed that I could have easily found on my own for free. The site's DM communication was practically non-existent for four whole days, so I felt totally abandoned and alone. Their lack of response showed me they didn't have much to offer and made me doubt if the platform was even legit. The only good thing was they did give me my money back like they promised, but it didn't make up for the overall terrible experience.

PCM and tuner order
My truck's PCM and tuner died on me, and since I work for myself, I had to keep on the move to earn a living. I looked into it and bought a tuner from SPELAB, only to discover that it was out of stock for at least 10 days. I told them about my predicament, offered to pay more for a different tuner if they could get it to me quicker, and they not only sent me the other tuner, but they also upgraded it at no cost. It really saved my bacon. I am so thankful for their amazing customer service and their willingness to help me when I needed it the most.

Slow pouring craft issue
After having a hard time with Breville's online help portal trying to fix my slow pouring carafe, I finally decided to leave a public comment about it. Luckily, Michelle from the support team got back to me the next day. She was quick to reply to my emails and really put in the effort to figure things out. Since the replacement carafe was going to take 4-6 weeks to be in stock, she went above and beyond to get me a whole replacement machine instead. Thanks to Michelle's amazing help, I can now have my coffee hassle-free.
