Skin discipline supplement subscription
Hey there,
I've been a customer for quite a while now, and I gotta say, I'm really not impressed with the service I've been getting lately. Back in November, I got charged for my subscription and got an order confirmation, but my package never actually got sent out. It took reaching out to customer service to find out that there were warehouse issues causing delays. It's pretty frustrating not knowing what's going on when you're counting on your order arriving on time. Fast forward to December, and the exact same thing happened all over again. Money was taken, order confirmed, and then... radio silence. It's not fun having to constantly chase after something you've already paid for. It feels kind of sketchy, like someone's trying to steal from me. I shouldn't have to be the one doing all the legwork to track down my orders.
