Indi medium bag in Camel
The bag isn't great quality. It gets stained really easily, even with just water, and washing it doesn't do much. There's not a lot of room inside the bag, so it's tough to fit everything in there. On top of that, we lost the changing pad while travelling, and customer service was no help. They refused to replace it and suggested we buy a bigger one for $60, which is ridiculous! Skip Hop is way better in terms of quality and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this bag at all, it's a definite pass.

So, I ordered this advent calendar for my son and it took like forever to arrive. It was like 9 whole days! I totally thought it was because of the mail strikes, but then I got a notification that they just shipped it. My son was super bummed out because he had to wait so long. Not cool at all, man.

Labels for kids' belongings
So, I ordered some labels for my kids' stuff from this label company. The labels are great quality and the service is top-notch, but I did run into a couple of issues with the pictures and descriptions on the website. The labels looked bigger in the pictures than what I got, which was a little confusing. Also, when I chose a color, the icon showed three colors, but I only got one. Despite these mix-ups, I have to give props to the company for their amazing customer service. When I told them about the problems, they reached out to me right away and went out of their way to fix things, which makes me want to buy from them again.
