This company really needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service. I bought a fancy dress for a big event and not only did they mess up my order, but they also took forever to get back to me when I asked about it. The dress itself was nice, but the whole situation was pretty disappointing. If they want people to keep shopping with them, they've got to work on their communication and organization skills.
