Sleep bundle
I ordered a sleep bundle, eh, but unfortunately I only got pillows and not the mattress, eh. I've been trying to reach customer support for three weeks, but all I'm getting are weak responses. The customer service is just terrible. Now I have to ask for a refund and hope that goes smoother than the mattress delivery. But hey, the pillows are pretty comfy, so that's a plus, eh.

The recent purchases I made were a huge letdown compared to before, eh? Since the new company took over, the quality and styles have really gone downhill. The clothes look cheap and outdated, not like the Eloquii I remember and adored. It's like someone's grandma is calling the shots now. I used to shop there all the time, but now I hardly even bother, eh?

Amazing customer service
I just don't understand why some people are trashing this store. Every time I go, the customer service is amazing! And if there's an issue with something I bought, they always handle it. Nisha and Faiza are fantastic! I really adore this store. I'll definitely continue shopping here and recommending it to everyone I know. 5 stars all the way!

Software Support Purchase
While Avid's software support costs $200 a year, the actual help you get isn't that great. The software crashes a lot, so it's annoying and unreliable to use. Also, it seems like Avid treats some customers better than others, which is disrespectful. Even though it's pricey, Avid's software doesn't deliver on reliability or customer satisfaction. I've put time and effort into using this software, and I'm upset with the lack of support and respect from Avid.

I was super bummed with my experience at this online fabric shop. I bought some fabric and was told not just once, not twice, but three times by two different peeps that they refunded me. But, when I checked my credit card statement, no refund in sight. It's super sketchy and not cool to be treated like that. Now I gotta deal with the headache of disputing it with my credit card company. I thought this store would have better customer service and be more honest, but man, was I let down.

Barrel purchase
I went to this awesome place to get a new barrel for my gun. The folks there were super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect one for my gun. They were so knowledgeable about guns, it was amazing. And the shop had such a cool vibe with gun stuff all over the place. It was like a dream come true for me! I'm excited to go back and add more stuff to my gun collection.

Recent purchases
I'm reaching out to share how disappointed I am with the recent situation I had dealing with this company. I've placed multiple orders over the last year, but my last few packages ended up getting sent back to the sender. Even though I gave them the right shipping details, the carrier still couldn't deliver my items and they got returned. As a result, they blocked my account from making any more purchases, saying it was because of too many returned orders. This way of treating customers is just not right and has really made me feel upset and let down.
