First month's free trial signup
I signed up for the first month's free trial but got charged anyways, even though it was supposed to be free. I sent an email to customer service but didn't hear back for over 5 days, not even an automated response. It was really frustrating! Thankfully, I decided to give them a call and got an immediate response. The person on the phone was really friendly and helpful. They were able to fix part of the issue and directed me to someone who could help with the rest. The lady I spoke to was very professional and pleasant. Now, I'm updating my review because of the excellent customer service.

Golf clubs and accessories
My time at Golf Town was a bit of a letdown. Ordering was easy enough, but the service in-store was not great. The staff seemed more into talking with each other than helping customers like me. It felt like they were annoyed when I asked for assistance. Also, I thought the prices were a bit steep compared to other golf stores nearby. The selection was okay, but I was hoping for more bang for my buck. And when my order arrived, there weren't any big problems, but it took longer than I thought. All in all, I wasn't too happy with my Golf Town experience.

Cat food and litter
I just bought cat food and litter from that store and I was really happy with how good the products were. They had lots of choices to pick from and the staff were super helpful in finding the right stuff for my pet. The store was nice and tidy, which made it easy to get around and find everything I was looking for. Overall, my shopping experience at that store was great.
