I was pretty let down by the online matchmaking service I tried out. The system they used to pair people up didn't seem to hit the mark, since the matches they suggested for me didn't really line up with what I was looking for in a partner. The website itself was also kind of clunky and hard to figure out, which made the whole experience pretty annoying. Plus, the customer service wasn't much help when I tried to address my concerns or fix the problems I was having.
