Glossy Box subscription
I was so excited when I found out about Glossy Box! I've had some mixed experiences with similar services before, so the idea of getting a box of beauty products curated just for me every month sounds really awesome. But, I always worry about whether I'll actually get the stuff they promise. In the past, I've tried other boxes like this and ended up disappointed because the products were nothing like what they said they would be. I think having mystery boxes might be a better idea for these kinds of services, so people have better expectations. Even though I had my doubts, I took a chance and ordered a few Glossy Boxes hoping I'd get products I love and not have any bad reactions to.

Recent ring purchase
I just bought a ring recently and had to return it because it was too small. I've been shopping with you folks for a few years now, and this was the first time I had any problems with the size. Luckily, the return process was a breeze, and I really appreciated that. I also love that I usually get free shipping. It's great how you only have to pay for shipping once, no matter how much you buy. The customer service is always amazing. They're so thorough, helpful, professional, and polite. It seems like they really know their stuff and receive good training. I do have my favorite hosts that I watch more often, but they are all professional and mature.
