Gift card order declined
I just put in an order on the website with a gift card, but I messed up entering my card info so the order got declined. Even though I owned up to my goof, the customer service has been nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out by email and social media, but no one got back to me. Now my gift card is at $0, and I feel really irritated and ripped off.

Misleading 'Free Shipping' promotion
I thought I'd get free shipping once I hit a certain amount on my order, but turns out I still got charged for delivery even though I passed the required limit. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they couldn't fix it. It's annoying when a company doesn't follow through on their promos like they say they will.

Theme Purchase
I just bought a theme from this website, thinking it would work well for what I wanted. But then I saw that the CMS didn't fit with how I like to learn, which is through Elementor. I'm used to using Divi, which I find easier to use and customize. When I asked for my money back because of this issue, it was really hard to talk to customer service. After lots of waiting and talking to different people, they said no to my refund even though I didn't use the theme and it wasn't what I expected.

Medical and travel assistance
Don't bother dealing with that company. They make all sorts of promises they can't keep, and their customer service is basically non-existent. When I had a medical emergency while traveling and called for help, I ended up waiting on hold for hours with no one actually helping me out. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous considering the lack of service you get. I definitely won't be using them again, and I highly recommend others steer clear of them.

Monthly subscription yarn kits
I recently signed up for a monthly subscription for yarn kits back in May. So far, I've only got two kits, but I should have had six by this time. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email, but they've stopped replying to me. As a yarn lover, this situation has been super frustrating. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of organization and communication, especially for something as straightforward as yarn. I hope they can step up their logistics and inventory game to make things smoother for their customers down the road.
