Oversized items bought, no exchange policy
I bought four things, but three of them turned out way too big. So when I tried to get an exchange, they just said "Sorry, no exchanges." Are you kidding me? You kinda expect to be able to exchange or return stuff when you buy online, right? This policy is totally turning me off, so I'm gonna shop somewhere else from now on.
