Free gift missing
I was so let down by my experience at this company. I specifically chose to buy from them instead of a distributor because they were offering a free gift that I was really looking forward to. But when my order showed up, the free gift was nowhere to be found. That was the main reason I went with them in the first place, so it felt like a bit of a trick. I could have just saved some cash by going with a distributor and getting a discount. The customer service didn't really do much to help me out, and I was left feeling pretty frustrated and ripped off. I'd recommend that others steer clear of this company and go somewhere else to make their purchase.
