My earbuds broke in less than 3 months
My earbuds broke in less than 3 months and when I tried to reach Customer Service, I just couldn't get through to anyone. The quality is really bad and it seems like they know it because they won't even respond. I definitely won't suggest this product line, it's just not worth it. Save your money and grab some cheap earphones instead, they'll likely last longer.

The clothing selection at this store is just so cute and fun to look through. I recently got a sweater from there but it got lost by the shipping company because of an address mix-up. I called customer service right away, and they've been super helpful and quick to respond. They've been keeping in touch with me constantly, working hard to fix the problem and sending me a new sweater right away. They've kept me informed every step of the way, and I got a new sweater that I really love. The quality of the sweater is fantastic, and I've already gotten lots of compliments on it.

Just got some stuff from this place and found out it's in USD, which sucks cause I'm in Canada. Emailed them and this dude Matthew got back to me super fast. He refunded my order so I could get it on Amazon instead.
