So I just had the worst shopping experience at this store recently, it was a total disaster. Their website was a complete mess, the checkout process was like something you'd see on a dodgy homemade Shopify site. I tried to add a gift box for 5 bucks but the checkbox didn't even work. And when I tried to put in my MasterCard info, it kept saying my card number was wrong, even though I typed it in right. They said I'd get a $25 discount with their loyalty club, but surprise, surprise, it never showed up. And don't even get me started on trying to reach customer service - had to actually call a number, like it's the Stone Age or something.
