Late delivery, defective product, poor customer service
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. It took more than a month for me to finally get the bag I ordered and when it showed up, there were threads sticking out all over the material. I got in touch with customer service right away and they sent me a return label to send the item back. But even after more than 9 days of sending it back, they said they never got it. Dealing with this company has been a total disaster from beginning to end. It's practically the end of March now and I still haven't seen any solution to my issue. This company is a complete joke!

I can't believe how bold this company is, they won't take any responsibility for reservation issues. They just tell you to contact the property yourself if anything goes wrong. What's the point of using their services if they won't help you at all? Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the properties.

Quick certification
As a customer looking to get certified ASAP, I gotta say, my experience was pretty good overall. Being able to get my certification quickly was a huge plus for me. The only hiccup I ran into was trying to print out all the stuff I needed. I'm more of a pen-and-paper kind of learner, so not being able to use printed booklets was a bit of a pain for me. But even with that little roadblock, I'd say I was pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Super cool workout clothes
Big shoutout to the amazing folks at the store in Vancouver, Toronto, and on the website, eh! They are seriously the best. Super friendly and helpful, always with a smile, and never pushy about buying stuff. They're always willing to exchange things if they don't fit or you change your mind. And let me tell ya, their clothes are top notch. I've tried out the workout gear, sweatshirts, and coats, and they're all fantastic!

I've been a loyal customer of the life planners since 2015 and I gotta say, I couldn't be happier with the products. The quality is amazing and there are so many design options to choose from. Customer service has always been fantastic, any issue I've had has been taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. The price might be a bit higher than other planners out there, but the quality and service make it totally worth it.

Beautiful costume but difficult size selection
I just bought this really nice costume from the store, but I had a hard time picking the right size. They only had sizes 4-6 and 8-10, and I usually wear a size 6-8. I tried talking to customer service to get some help, but they weren't that great at guiding me to the right size. Even though it's a bit tight, I went with the smaller size and it actually looks amazing on me and gives good support.
