Layover lounge experience
I recently got to hang out at a lounge during a layover and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. The manager and her team were so helpful and understanding when I had trouble using my membership number to get in. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a chill and relaxing time before my next flight. From the front desk to the lounge service, everyone was friendly and on the ball. It was a nice change of pace to be treated so well during a layover. I've never had service like that in a lounge before, and it definitely made my trip more special. If you ever find yourself in Hong Kong, I really recommend checking it out.

Customer service is just terrible! I bought this bike in July and after only 3 months, it stopped working! They kept sending me the wrong parts and I had to explain everything over and over. It also took forever for them to ship my accessories. Not cool at all.

Unauthorized charges
I had a really bad experience with my credit card company not long ago. They let charges go through that put me over my credit limit, and then hit me with an over limit fee. It just doesn't make sense to approve charges that will end up with a fee when they could just say no in the first place. And to make it worse, they even added the over limit fees before processing my payments. It's sketchy and totally not okay.

So, I bought some website themes from this company and honestly, I wasn't too impressed. The themes were outdated and didn't really match the modern look I was going for. The designs were kinda bland and didn't have that creative spark I was hoping for, so my website ended up looking pretty unprofessional. And to top it off, the customer service wasn't great - slow responses and not very helpful answers to my questions. All in all, I wish I hadn't bought from them and definitely won't be going back for any future web design stuff.
