Genre-specific loop pack
I recently bought a loop pack for my music production work and it was just what I was looking for! The sound quality of the loops is amazing and there's a good mix of samples to pick from, covering a range of styles. While there were a few basic loops in there, I found some really special ones after taking the time to go through them all. The disco loops, guitar and basslines, and the score elements all had a genuine and lively vibe to them, which really boosted the overall sound of my tracks. Replacement hat received
So I finally got my replacement hat for free after a really long wait. First I let them know about the torn hat, then had to wait forever for a response, like come on, just say something! But hey, at least the new hat showed up eventually so that's cool. Still frustrating that they took forever though. I had to wear something else on my head for way too long.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how terrible their customer service is!! Like, they don't even bother to respond to emails! I inquired about my order and received absolutely no response, not cool at all. And let's not even begin on their phony promotions, like, it's totally uncool to deceive people like that. I'm going to give them the lowest rating possible, they definitely earned it.
