Delayed order shipment
I just ordered something from this company and I thought it would come pretty quickly like most online orders. But, it actually took them 10 whole days just to send it out! Now I'm worried it's gonna take forever for me to get my stuff, like almost a month. It's not cool, especially since this company is in the US. I could have just ordered similar things from another country and got them faster. Honestly, I might not buy from them again after this experience.

The flowers I got from this place were just so beautiful and lasted way longer than I thought they would. Ordering them was super easy, and they were delivered really quickly and efficiently. I'm so happy with how it all went down and for sure will be back for more flowers in the future!

EltaMD products
I recently checked out SkinStore and I was happy to see that they offer EltaMD products at really good prices. Their website was easy to navigate and the whole buying process was simple. It was a nice surprise to not have to pay for shipping. But I was a bit let down by the fact that they didn't have a wide range of products to choose from, especially missing sunscreen for eyelids and the option of sunscreen in jars.

I just bought something from Beauty Bay and I have to admit, I was a bit let down by the lack of updates on when my order would arrive. It would've been nice to know where my package was and when I could expect it to show up. Getting all those emails asking for feedback when I didn't even have my order yet was kind of annoying. But I gotta give them credit, the ordering process was super easy and simple to use. I'd definitely give it a solid 10/10.

Solid and lightweight sunglasses
I just got my hands on a pair of shades from this store for my son's birthday. Let me tell ya, these sunglasses are top-notch - sturdy, super light, and comfy on the face. The quality really blew me away, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this store for more in the future. Only bummer was I didn't snag that sweet discount for getting two pairs.

Toothbrush and water flosser
I recently bought a toothbrush and a water flosser from this company. Unfortunately, when I got the products, I found out that the water flosser was broken. It wouldn't turn on or charge, so I couldn't use it. I tried to call customer service, but they were closed because they had lots of calls. Feeling frustrated, I ended up sending an email to customer service. They told me I had to go through the warranty process to get the broken item fixed. The lack of immediate help and the refusal to stand behind a defective product left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall customer service.

I gotta say, my recent experience with the customer service team was top-notch. Even though I haven't had a chance to test out the product yet, I was super impressed with how dedicated and passionate the service rep I talked to was. There was a little issue with the delivery, but the team fixed it up right away and even went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They responded quickly and even sent some extra items along with my order as a nice gesture. It was way more than I expected. I can't wait to try the product, the amazing customer service I got shows me that the company really cares about quality and satisfying their customers.
