Weighted blanket purchase
I gotta admit, I wasn't sure about buying a weighted blanket at first. But after giving it a shot the first night, and every night after that, I've been sleeping like a baby and waking up feeling so much better. The only problem I ran into was that the 15 lb blanket I bought was a bit small for my king-sized bed. So next time, I might go for a bigger size. But honestly, I totally recommend giving a weighted blanket a try for better sleep.
