I bought a new pair of shoes to add to my collection, hoping they'd be comfy and stylish. Turns out, they were a bad fit even though I ordered a bigger size. They were too small and uncomfortable. I left a review on the website to let others know, and then Vans' customer service team got in touch. I thought they'd try to fix things, but they just ended up wasting my time. They didn't even offer a solution. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed now, and it's making me think twice about sticking with this brand.
