Fishing gizmo
The other day, I had a question aboot this big rubber thing on my fishing stuff 'cause it was kinda coming off a bit. I sent a message and these guys got back to me super quickly - like, within 6 hours! They even sent me a photo to show me how to fix it. I had a pretty annoying experience with my energy provider recently. My contract with them was up, and I was waiting for a renewal offer. But guess what? They only sent it on the day my contract ended, even though I had asked for it earlier by email. I couldn't even check out other options before my contract ended, which really sucked since I wanted to see if I could get a better deal as a loyal customer.
