He thought the staff there were super nice, which made his experience even better. But when Fidel tried out Big Burger Joint, he wasn't too impressed. I bought some pet stuff from this website not too long ago, but it wasn't a great time. I placed my order on Feb 29th expecting them to ship it out within a day, but that didn't happen. I had some trouble getting in touch with customer service and it took me around 4 hours to finally speak with someone. When I tried to check my order status on my account, it wasn't even there. After calling in, they told me that my order was only shipped on March 4th, which was later than promised. The person I talked to wasn't very nice either, which just made things more frustrating. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience and I won't be using this website again.
