I just got this subscription from this company, and honestly, their customer service didn't impress me at all. I had to cancel my order because it was sent out without my say-so, but it took them a long 9 days to finally get back to me. And when I tried to return the package unopened, it took another 9 days to hear back about what to do next. That's just not cool in my books, eh.
