Bag repair delay
I sent my bag in for a small fix nearly a year ago and they still have it. I paid in advance and every time I reach out to customer service, they say there are delays. I get it, Covid caused some holdups, but 11 months is a bit much. This bag means a lot to me, so this long wait is really stressing me out and making me frustrated.

Delayed Shipping Refund
This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with, eh. I bought something and had to return it for a refund, eh, which they promised me by December 31st, eh. But, they kept changing the refund date, first to February, then to March, and still no refund, eh. The lack of communication and all the lies have really ticked me off, eh. I for sure won't be buying from them again, that's for sure, eh.

Faulty product and poor customer service
I was really excited after seeing all the buzz on social media about this product, but my experience turned out to be a total nightmare. I bought it back in November, and now it hardly even does the job. It's leaving weird marks on my skin and I don't feel comfortable using it anymore. I've been reaching out for a refund for over 2 weeks now, but they just keep pushing me to accept a replacement that I don't even want. Their customer service is just awful, and it seems like they couldn't care less about sticking to their money-back guarantee. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!
