Stainless steel tumbler issue
Eh, so gettin' this stainless steel tumbler for my birthday, I noticed a crack in the ring at the bottom after only a week. I reached out to customer service on their website, sent 'em more details and pictures like they asked. They were quick to respond and replaced my tumbler under warranty, no problems at all. Then a few days later, a shiny new tumbler showed up at my door. Gotta say, their customer service was top-notch and I'm grateful for the fast fix.
