They changed their return policy during a sale and didn't tell nobody, which just left everyone confused and irritated. My experience booking a hotel through this service was a total letdown. I really should have checked out the reviews before I went ahead with the reservation. They ended up telling me my reservation was non-refundable, even though I didn't even stay there and the hotel didn't charge me. The whole lack of communication and inability to fix things just left me feeling super annoyed and angry. Honestly, I'd steer clear of using this service again because their customer service stinks and they don't take responsibility for their own mistakes.
