First time booking, user-friendly website
It was my first time booking with this company, eh, and I gotta say, the online booking process went really well. The website was super easy to use and I had no troubles at all booking my tickets. Easy subscription process
I had a small problem with my first subscription that got canceled, but thankfully the quick help I got through live chat or email fixed it right away. I'm really happy with the service I received. This software could be really good with its easy-to-use interface and all the tools it has, but sometimes it's super frustrating to deal with all the glitches and bugs. The customer service is slow to respond and doesn't always have good solutions. The pricing is reasonable for what you're getting, but it takes way too long to get updates and fixes.
