I was so stoked to get some gear from Browns at this store, but honestly, it was kind of meh. Trying to order stuff was a pain – like, seriously confusing and not easy to use at all. I couldn't find what I wanted easily. And the prices were a bit steep compared to other places that sell similar stuff. The customer service wasn't great either, I had a hard time getting any help or answers. Plus, it took forever to get my order, way longer than I thought. It got me pretty frustrated. All in all, my shopping experience at this store was a letdown.
