Woman's elbow length tees
I bought four women's elbow-length tees from this store not long ago, and I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with the quality of what I got. The shirts I got weren't at all like what I saw in the ads. The material was way too thin, and they shrunk a whole size after one wash. Supposed to be two inches longer than a regular tee for more coverage, but they ended up shorter than usual. Clearly, this store is selling low-quality stuff for high prices, and I feel like I got ripped off as a customer. I'd recommend anyone thinking about buying from this store to be careful.

Online shopping experience
So I made an online purchase the other day, and let me tell you, the customer service was a total letdown. I had some questions about my order and tried to get help through the chat or email options, but it was way too complicated. I couldn't even figure out how to start addressing my issues. The whole thing was a mess and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the service.

Purse strap broke after light use
I bought a purse from the store last fall. After using it for only four months, the metal piece attaching the strap broke. I went back to the store to try and get it fixed, but they said there's no warranty for Vera Bradley products. I contacted customer service online for help, but got the same disappointing answer. It's really not cool with me that a company won't back their product, especially after only four months. Because of their lack of support and quality, I won't be buying from them again.
