Aquamarine Diamond halo setting
I was looking for a special gift for my wife's big birthday, and I found this amazing Aquamarine Diamond ring at a store. Misleading advertisement
I am so disappointed with how things went down with this company. They said I could try their stuff risk-free and they'd cover return fees, so I thought I'd get my money back if I didn't like it. But when I tried to send it back, they hit me with the news that they don't refund the crazy high shipping charges. That's not right, and I'm not letting it slide. I'm gonna make sure they own up to their shady tactics.

Faulty item return
I had a really bad time trying to return this broken thing I bought. I tried to contact customer service on the second day I got it, but nobody answered my calls or emails. And to top it off, the return label they gave me didn't even work, so I couldn't send it back to get my money back or swap it for something else.
