Appalling customer service
I'm really upset about my experience at this store. I ordered something, got an email saying it was shipped, and was told to track it with an app. But the app doesn't show my order number, so I can't track it. I've emailed them several times and haven't heard back. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is not okay. I'll give them one more chance to fix this before I do something else.

Oh man, let me tell you, this whey protein from this brand is seriously the best I've ever had. Like, top quality stuff. I really appreciate that it comes from grass-fed cows and doesn't have any artificial junk in it. Plus, it mixes so easily and tastes amazing. It's become a key part of my daily routine now. Ever since I started using it, I've seen some major improvements in my muscle recovery and how I perform overall.

Steel-toe boots purchase
I bought a pair of steel-toe boots from this company thinking they would fit well, but they were too big when I got them. I wore them for a bit hoping they would feel better, but no luck. When I tried to exchange them for a smaller size, they said no because apparently, size 9 isn't the same for all their boots. How was I supposed to know that when it never happened before? On top of that, they keep spamming me with emails to buy more stuff, but ignore my messages asking for help. This company is a total joke, I suggest avoiding them for work boots.

Rental book delivery issue
So, I ordered a book from eCampus for my rental and things got a bit wonky at the start. The USPS carrier accidentally dropped it off at the wrong place. But when I reached out to him, he was super helpful and cool about it. He managed to track down the book and brought it right to my door later that same day. The way he went above and beyond really lifted my spirits and I was impressed by his dedication to fixing the mistake. I also let eCampus know what went down and they were quick to respond and totally understanding. All in all, even though there was a little bump in the road, I was happy with how both the carrier and eCampus handled things.

I just bought a merino wool sweater from Duckworth and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how nice and comfy it is. It feels really soft on my skin and it keeps me warm without feeling too bulky. The coffee I got was so tasty, exactly what I needed to start my day off right. I love that the company is all about fair trade and helping out dog rescue groups. I'm really disappointed with the lack of a tracking system and customer response team for order confirmation details. The email address is not getting back to me, and no one is picking up when I call. I have no idea where my dress is right now. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, and I really hope the vendor can give me some answers soon. If this isn't sorted out quickly, I might have to get my bank and the Better Business Bureau involved.

I bought two big fake poinsettias from this shop not long ago. When they showed up, the first one was wrecked. I wanted to give them back because they weren't good quality and didn't look real. But I had a hard time figuring out the return rules and only got some of my money back. I tried contacting them by email a bunch of times, but never got a reply or my full refund. The customer service was disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.

So, eh, I ordered this thing to the wrong address, and it didn't get picked up so it got sent back. Bubble was really awesome and sent me a new one when the original was re-sent. I asked if they could send it to my address instead, and even though it had already been shipped, they promised to send it back if it was returned. They changed the address for me and sent a new one, without waiting for the original. The person got it and I got the second one for free! Best customer service ever! Can't wait to buy more stuff from them! 😄

As a veteran website developer, I've created a ton of websites using this platform and I gotta say it's one of the best out there. Even though I've seen some bad stuff said about it online, I've never had any big issues using it. Actually, none of my clients who have websites I built have ever reached out to me with complaints or technical problems. Makes me think some of those bad reviews might not be legit, or folks are trying to mess with the platform on purpose. From what I've seen, Square Space has an easy-to-use interface, lots of ways to customize, and awesome customer support, which is why it's my top choice for website development.

Ever since I got back from my trip, I've noticed that almost $500 has been taken from my bank account without my permission, and I have no clue what these charges are all about. I've tried to contact the company through phone, email, and their website, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they don't care once they have your money, and they're not interested in helping you out. The customer service I've dealt with has been really terrible. I highly recommend not giving this company your debit or credit card info.
