satchel for Christmas
OMG, you guys, I gotta tell you about this satchel I got for Christmas - it was seriously the best decision EVER! Huge shoutout to Theresa, the customer service lady who helped me out big time. Thanks to her, my satchel arrived just in time for Christmas – so relieved! I was stressing about it maybe getting lost in the mail, but Theresa made sure everything went smoothly. And let me tell you, this satchel is GORGEOUS and such amazing quality. I can't wait to show it off at school next year. Big thanks to everyone involved in making my satchel, you guys are awesome!

software program
I just got this software from this company and I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time. The customer service was not great, I couldn't really understand the reps. When I called, I got someone who had trouble speaking English clearly, so it was hard to get my problems sorted out. And when I tried the chat, the person could write in English, but as soon as I asked a important question, they stopped helping me. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I used to really like this program, but now it seems like it's gone downhill.

Hoodie pilling after one wash
I recently bought a hoodie from this store, and after only washing it once, it started getting all those annoying pills. I was really let down by the quality of the hoodie because I thought it would hold up better. When I went to return it, the manager said they couldn't do anything unless the tags were still on it. I thought that was pretty unfair since the problem was obviously due to bad workmanship. All in all, I wasn't happy with how things turned out.
