Free trial experience
The free trial for this product was so disappointing. I thought I needed it for a project, but after I downloaded it and tried it out, I realized it wasn't what I wanted. I tried to cancel my subscription, but it didn't work. They told me I had to keep paying every month or pay a big fee to cancel early. Not knowing about the cancellation fee in advance was really frustrating and gave me a bad vibe.

Hair masks, shampoo, hair cream, relaxer
I bought some stuff from Mane Club and it was okay. The hair masks made my hair feel soft, but nothing to write home about. The shampoo smelled good but didn't really help with my frizzy hair. The hair cream was fine, nothing to rave about. And the relaxer did the job, but I've had better results with other products before. Overall, I wasn't super impressed with the quality of what I got.

Headphones replacement ear cushions
I bought my headphones at that store about four years ago, and I just noticed that the ear cushions were wearing out. When I found out they didn't make replacements for my model anymore, I emailed customer service. They got back to me quickly and offered to send me new ear cushions for free. I'm really happy with the service I got, and now I can enjoy my headphones again with the fresh cushions.

Oversized jeans, difficulty with returns
The customer service at this place is just terrible, eh. The jeans I ordered were huge, and trying to return them was a total nightmare. I tried to do it online, but it didn't work, so I had to call and get a return label because the website didn't recognize my order number. And to make matters worse, even after the jeans got back to their warehouse on September 12, I had to call again on October 2 just to ask for a refund. This whole "easy returns" thing they promise is a total joke, eh.

Limited mintage item, damaged case
I was kind of bummed when I got my limited edition item and the case was damaged and the silver was scuffed. But I have to say, the company totally came through with some great customer service. Even though they couldn't replace the item, they gave me the choice of returning it for a full refund or keeping it and getting a coupon for their site. Pretty decent of them, eh?

I'd suggest being careful if you decide to shop with them, because my experience felt like a bit of a scam.

I bought a pair of shoes here recently and I'm not too happy about it. They've been rubbing on my heels and causing me discomfort, which never happened with any shoes I've bought in the past. Also, they seem to be lacking in quality because I can already see signs of wear after just a few times of wearing them. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience.

Miniature wine tasting experience
I really liked the cool idea that In Good Taste has with their mini wine tasting experience. It's awesome to be able to try out a bunch of different wines without having to buy a big bottle, especially for me because I like trying new stuff but don't want to waste a whole bottle if I don't like it. They have all these cool collections from different places and vineyards that are super interesting, so it's easy to find something that fits my tastes. I also think it's great that they offer virtual wine tasting events, which are perfect for hanging out with friends or doing team building activities. All in all, In Good Taste has a really modern and personalized way of exploring wine that I totally enjoyed.
