I just bought this workout program for home from this company, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it turned out. It was fun, challenging, and simple to follow. The instructors were great at keeping me going, and the different workouts kept things fresh. I definitely felt stronger and more pumped up after finishing the program. I would totally suggest it to anyone wanting to get fitter without leaving the house.

I don't know, eh? I paid for my account, tried to download a pic, and then bam, my account just vanishes into thin air? Like, am I being punked or what? I've sent a bunch of emails asking for an explanation, but it's like they don't give a hoot. I mean, I pay for a service, the least they could do is let me use it, right? It's a joke. But gotta admit, when they finally got their act together, the pics were okay. Still, their customer service needs a serious upgrade, eh?

Multiple orders, product exchange, and re-sending activation code
I recently made a bunch of orders with this company and ran into some hiccups that required me to exchange a product or get a new activation code sent out. At one point, I couldn't find the email with the activation code weeks later, but after confirming my order details, they were able to resend it without any trouble.
