My broken fish finder
My fish finder stopped charging after 2 years of use. I was thinking of cracking it open to check the battery, but I decided to reach out to customer service first. Even though it was out of warranty, they were able to help me get my fish finder fixed up no problem. I'm really happy I contacted them before trying to fix it on my own. The customer service team really believes in their product and is ready to help customers, and that means a lot to me.
