Great store with high prices
The prices at this store are way too high compared to others, but they do have a good selection. The delivery came pretty quickly, but the shipping cost was more than I thought it would be. All in all, the customer service was pretty good and the product quality was great.
Customs and shipping cost
I think it would be a good idea to lower the customs bill to ease the burden of high taxes on customers. It might also help to take out the shipping costs from the bill because taxes are added to the shipping fees too. This could possibly attract more customers to buy things.
Disappointing product condition
I just got my order from YOOX and I gotta say, I was super bummed about the condition of the item. It was all wrinkled up and felt so stiff, definitely not what I was hoping for in terms of quality. On top of that, the price on the tag was way lower than the original price they told me, which made me feel tricked and annoyed. This whole situation has really disappointed me and now I'm not so sure about ordering from YOOX again.

Clothing
The website didn't have good pictures so it was hard to really tell what the product was like before buying it. There was only like 1 or 2 pictures, and important details like a big logo on the pants I got weren't shown in the photos. This difference between what I saw online and what I got was kinda disappointing. They could've fixed it by showing more detailed pictures. As a customer, it's crucial to know what you're getting, and in this situation, not having clear images made it tough to make a smart choice.
New shoes
I just bought some new shoes from this website, but when I tried to get more info from customer service, they had no idea what was happening. It was really frustrating talking to them because they didn't even know what they were selling. They gave me the wrong information about returning my order from Switzerland, and I was almost about to lose it all! It was a complete nightmare trying to sort everything out.

I was so disappointed with the shoes I got from YOOX. They were the wrong size, missing parts for the laces, had badly glued insoles, and looked like they were used before. Dealing with those low-quality products was a total nightmare.
Low rise jeans
I absolutely adore this store! I've been shopping here for ages and they have amazing stuff from Italy, plus those trendy low rise jeans that are so hard to come by elsewhere. The prices are fantastic and the pieces are incredibly unique, I always find something I love every time I visit.
Return process issue
The return process gave me a lot of trouble because the website wasn't working right when I tried to send in the return form. And on top of that, everything was in Italian so I had a hard time figuring it out. In the end, I just sent the package back without doing the proper return process, which was really annoying. This isn't the first time I've had trouble returning things to this website.
