Denim jacket purchase
The folks at the Amersham store were amazing. As soon as we walked in, they were so friendly and helpful. It was a total change from our time at the Harrogate store. They even remembered us from our Christmas visit, which was really nice. It's frustrating when a store doesn't give good service like Harrogate did. We felt like they didn't even see us there. So, we decided to shop somewhere else. Your store has awesome clothes, but good customer service is just as important, and Amersham totally gets that.
Smaller size jacket purchase
The person working at the store was actually really helpful and nice, eh. Not something you see every day in shops nowadays, eh. They knew what they were talking about when it came to sizes, which was a pleasant surprise. I went in to pick up and try on a jacket, and ended up getting a smaller size because it fit me better, eh. Thankfully, they had it in the store so I didn't have to wait for a new one to be ordered. All in all, it was a good experience that caught me off guard.
Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some stuff at this store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how I was treated. The folks working there actually listened to what I wanted and showed me things without pushing me to buy anything. I liked that they said they could order my size if they didn't have it in stock, without me having to commit to buying it. Plus, how they arranged the clothes by color made it a lot easier for me to find stuff I like. All in all, it was a good shopping experience.
Big denim skirts online
So I ordered two denim skirts online but when they came, they were both too big for me. I ended up returning them and just went to the store in person. The people working there were really helpful and found a smaller size that fit me just right. They even steamed the new skirt so it looked great. It all went down at the store in my town, not the Bath one.
Pretty blouse purchase
The person at the store in Amersham was super friendly, nice, and helpful. She gave me honest advice that made me feel good about buying. I really liked her help and it for sure makes me wanna shop there again.
Ivory cashmere cardigan
I just bought a nice ivory cashmere cardigan online, but had to send it back. When I got it, I saw it wasn't ivory like I thought, but more of a yellowish beige. I was bummed because I already have two other cardigans in different colors that I totally adore. The cashmere is always top-notch, but the wrong color on this one was a bit of a letdown.
Cute clothes
I went to this really awesome store and they had the most adorable clothes ever! The people working there were so friendly and helped me figure out my size. Plus, they were playing some really cool tunes, so I had a blast trying on different outfits. And to top it all off, they even wrapped up my purchases all nicely before I headed out!
