Warranty claim DUO Daypack
So, I had this backpack, eh? And it started falling apart, you know? Like, the straps were coming loose and the zippers were all wonky. I was pretty bummed out, but then I remembered it had a warranty, eh! So, I reached out to the team and they were so quick to respond, eh. They checked out my claim and were like, "No worries, we got you covered!" I was so relieved, eh! I didn't have to stress about it, you know?<br><br>Not only did they fix my backpack, but they did it super fast, eh! I was back to using it in no time and it was as good as new. The whole process was smooth sailing, and I felt like they really cared about making sure I was happy with the outcome, you know.<br><br>I gotta say, Wandrd really knows how to treat their customers right, eh. I feel like a VIP whenever I talk to them, and I know I can always count on them. They've earned my trust and I'll keep coming back for more cool stuff, you know!

I've had the 21l PRVKE backpack for about 5 years now, and I have to say, the quality is amazing. Even with all the use it's gotten, the backpack is still holding up really well and looks almost new. I bought the Original PVKE backpack from this company a couple of years ago and it's been working great. But recently, a seam tore right where the back straps meet the clamshell. Prvke backpack
I bought my first Prvke backpack back in 2018, and unfortunately it got stolen after a year of using it every day. Right away, I bought a second one and I've been using it for 5 years without any big problems, except for a zipper that broke. I reached out to customer service and got a gift card for a new backpack within 6 hours. They really have great gear and amazing customer service!
PRVKE bag
I got this bag back in 2018 and I used it all the time for travel, hiking, and skiing. It was really cool and reliable...until one day at the airport, the zipper just stopped working. Like, seriously? But then I remembered it had a warranty, so I filled out a form and presto - they sent me a new bag for free, just had to pay for shipping. So yeah, overall, really great service and high-quality bags!

My backpack from this place was so awesome. It lasted me 5 years until the zipper finally gave out. I reached out to them about getting a replacement and all I had to do was show them my order and send some pics of the damage. It was super easy and now I'm getting a new one. Their customer service is like, really great.
PRVKE 31L and PRVKE 41L and WANDRD tech bags
My PRVKE 31L in Wasatch green is absolutely amazing, I've been using it constantly since 2019 for both work and fun. It's so convenient when I'm travelling, I can easily pack everything I need for a 3-4 day trip. The PRVKE 41L is also fantastic for longer trips. I recently purchased some tech bags and they have been an absolute lifesaver. The customer service was incredibly fast, helpful, and friendly. You guys are awesome!
