Product replacement due to defects
I had a really good time dealing with Vintage Brand's Customer Service team. The product I got had a few issues, so I reached out to them and spoke with a rep named Ashley. She got back to me quickly and after I sent her some pics of the problems, she sorted out a replacement to be sent to me without me having to send back the first one. She was super clear and professional in her communication, which made everything go really smoothly. I'm really grateful for the top-notch service from Ashley and Vintage Brand's dedication to keeping their customers happy.
Positive customer service experience
I've seen some not-so-great reviews about this company, but my own experience was actually pretty good. I got really great customer service from a lady named Ashley. She really went out of her way to help me with an exchange, even though she didn't have to. Ashley was always super nice, supportive, and quick to respond. I really appreciate all her help. Thanks a lot!
Long shipping time
I placed an order on January 26th and decided to call on February 5th because my package was taking longer than expected. They told me that production times were longer because of the Holidays and sporting events, but they didn't say that when I made the purchase. I'm not happy that they weren't clear about that and I won't be ordering from them again.
Hockey Jersey
I ordered a hockey jersey on December 8th and they charged my credit card right away, eh! I emailed them but never heard back, and they don't even have a phone number to call, eh. Don't bother buying anything from this dodgy place, trust me. I'm just crossing my fingers that my son's jersey arrives before Christmas, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath, eh!
$300 clothing purchase
Well, would you look at that? I spent quite a bit of money on some nice clothes from this store, only to end up getting left in the cold. I gave them my money, got a confirmation, and then they vanished into thin air. I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but something doesn't seem right here. If I don't hear back soon, I might have to bring in some reinforcements.
Misleading product
I just bought something from this website and I gotta say, I was not impressed at all. The sweatshirt I got was not even close to what was shown online. It was cheaply made and the design was totally off. It felt like they tricked me with false advertising. I'm so annoyed that I'm gonna report this company. If you're thinking about buying from here, I suggest you stay away and avoid the hassle.
Wasted money
I really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing from this place. I had to keep reaching out to them several times only to receive no response. It honestly seems like I was cheated. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place no matter what.
Recent hoodie purchase
So I bought two hoodies back on January 1st and it's now January 26th, and my order still hasn't even started printing. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but there's no phone number to call and they're ignoring my emails. It took them two whole weeks just to reply to six emails from me. Plus, their cancellation policy says you have to cancel within two hours of placing the order, which I didn't know about.
Vintage shirt purchase
I just bought this old school shirt from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, I was super let down by the quality. It felt like it was slapped together and wouldn't hold up after a few washes. Honestly, it seemed like a kid could have done a better job. And don't even get me started on the design - it looked like it was stuck on with cheap vinyl from back in the 90s! And to make matters worse, they won't even let me return it or get a refund. Like, that's just not cool in this day and age, you know?
Birthday gift for my husband
I bought a birthday gift for my hubby, eh? It's been 2 1/2 weeks now and still no sign of my order. I've been sending a bunch of emails, but no one's getting back to me, eh? It's pretty darn disappointing. Feels like I got scammed 'cause they took my money and I got nothing in return. Gonna report this to the BBB so no one else gets ripped off like me, eh?
Poor quality items
I had to wait a painful 4 weeks just to hear back from customer service about my order. When I finally got my items, I was so disappointed. They were such low quality and the designs were so stiff, I couldn't even wear them comfortably. I definitely suggest steering clear of this badly managed company with their below-average products.
T-shirt with quality issues
I bought a t-shirt at this store not long ago, but I was really disappointed with the quality of the material. The shipping took forever, and when I tried to contact customer service about it, I didn't get any response even after sending a bunch of messages over a whole week. It was frustrating to not get any help or clear communication from the company.
Order delay
I'm really not impressed with this company. I ordered something on December 25, and it's already January 17, and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they haven't replied to any of them. My order just says "printing" so I have no idea where it is. This lack of communication is so frustrating and disappointing. I think this kind of bad service needs to be dealt with, and I suggest being careful when thinking about buying from them in the future.
