Quick and reliable delivery
I recently bought something from Unineed and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and reliable the delivery was. Even though I'm in Canada, my order showed up on time without any hiccups. The customer service was amazing, they dealt with any issues I had right away. When my package arrived, you could tell they took real good care in wrapping it up. I got a skincare product and was a bit worried it might be fake, but after trying it out, I can say for sure it's the real deal. I'm super happy with both the service and the product itself. Face cream order
I ordered this face cream from a website, and it was my first time trying it. The price was reasonable, and I had no trouble using the site. But then the cream didn't arrive. I reached out to customer service on onbuy.com, and a woman named Rebecca helped me out. She was super friendly and handled everything professionally. They sent me another cream and made sure to keep me informed until I received it. Overall, great service - I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Efficient, good prices, fast delivery
I recently bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by how quick and smooth the service was. The prices were decent and my order arrived in no time. I'd definitely think about buying from them again down the road. The one thing that bugged me though was that the delivery guy from Royal Mail just left my package on the front step for anyone to see, which was kinda annoying.

Expired serum purchase
I recently bought a serum from Unineed, but gotta say, the whole thing didn't go as smoothly as I expected. First off, I didn't get any order confirmation or shipping updates, so I had no clue where my order was at. And when the package finally showed up, turns out the serum was expired even though I paid a pretty penny for it. On top of that, when I tried to contact customer service for help, I got no response, which just made me even more ticked off.
Lost parcel, refunded money
I think it might be a good idea to switch up who we use for deliveries.
