Christmas gift jacket
I already knew that Tentree was all about being eco-friendly, but this was my first time ordering from them online. The jacket I got as a Christmas present was even better than I thought it would be, both in terms of quality and how it looked. Only problem was my son needed a smaller size. When I reached out to customer service, they quickly sent me a return label and got a replacement jacket on its way without any delays. Was a bit of a hassle because FedEx doesn't come by where I live, but Silvia from Customer Service was a total lifesaver and gave me a new shipping label for Canada Post right away. All in all, I've been super happy with my experience at Tentree and totally plan on giving them my business again in the future.
Excellent customer service
I just wanted to share a positive experience I had with a company's customer service team. I had an issue with a garment I bought, so I sent them an email. I was really happy with how quickly they responded and resolved the problem. They didn't just give me a small discount for my next purchase, they actually sent me a brand new garment for free! I was really impressed by how much they cared about making things right. It's obvious that they really care about their customers and making sure they are happy. I am very satisfied with the service I got and will definitely be shopping with them again.
Flannel shirt for husband
I've been buying shirts for my grandkids from this brand for ages now, and I really love how they're all about being eco-friendly. But this Christmas, I thought I'd switch things up and got my husband a flannel shirt. Sadly, after just two wears, the bottom snap fell off. It was a bummer because I've always thought their stuff was top-notch. But I shot them an email, and they got back to me super fast with a solution. They're sending a new shirt our way and suggested we donate the old one to a charity that helps out homeless folks. Good on them for making it right!
Shirts purchase
As someone who loves nature-inspired clothes, I was really looking forward to checking out this brand for some new shirts. And I gotta say, they did not disappoint! The designs are so beautiful and the quality is top-notch. I ended up buying four shirts and I couldn't be happier with my choices. Oops! I messed up when I was ordering and totally forgot to use my discount points. But the customer service peeps were awesome, they responded super fast and sorted everything out for me. They were really nice, helped me out with everything, and made sure I was happy. You guys are the best!

Just got my order from Clothes are stylish, quality, and sustainable and I am so impressed. The clothes are stylish and well-made, and also sustainable, which is a big plus for me. I've gotten lots of compliments on the quilted button-ups and they're now my favorite pieces in my closet. I had a problem with a snap on one of the shirts recently and the customer service team was quick to help and send me a new one. Overall, a fantastic company that I would definitely recommend.
Environmental commitment and great customer service
I was totally blown away by the amazing customer service and how they're all about reducing their impact on the environment at this store. So, I bought this shirt and had a little problem with it, but they sent me a new one right away. And get this - they even said I could keep or donate the damaged shirt, so there's no need for extra shipping. I think it's so great that they care that much and it really makes them stand out from other brands, you know?
Missing package
I was really looking forward to getting my hands on a comfy new sweatshirt from this company, but it turns out I ended up with nothing. The delivery was a complete mess - they claimed it was left on my porch, but it was nowhere to be seen. On the bright side, the customer service team was pretty quick to help out and they sent me a replacement without any issues. It's just too bad that I had to deal with all this nonsense in the first place.
Quality compostable jacket
I got this amazing jacket from Tentree as a gift, but ended up having a problem with one of the buttons. I reached out to customer service without having my receipt or order number, and they were super helpful. They sent me replacement buttons for free and their communication was really clear and polite. It was a great customer service experience that definitely made me a fan of the brand.

So, I had a little problem with my order 'cause there was a mix-up with my mailing address. But, gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and efficient Customer Support was. This person, Silver, who helped me out, wasted no time in fixing the problem by reaching out to the warehouse manager. I'm thankful for their commitment to making sure us customers are happy.

Oh my goodness, I am absolutely obsessed with this place! Their leggings are seriously the best. I've been shopping here for about 8 years now, and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. I remember one time I accidentally sent my leggings to the wrong address, but they were so chill about it and helped me out right away. It was honestly like the best experience ever!

Silvia was absolutely amazing here - she really went the extra mile with customer service. She made the return process super easy for me and even gave me some great advice about a faulty sweater I bought. The clothes are really top quality and they always have really good sales.
