baseball cards
So, I got these baseball cards from there, eh? I was super excited to open the package and see my new cards, but when I opened it up, I realized one of them was missing, you know? I was so bummed out, like, where did my card go? I talked to this super nice lady, and she said her name was Cristin. She promised me that she would look into it and find my missing card. And guess what? She totally did! In just a few days, I got my missing card and my collection was complete. Cristin totally saved the day, eh!
Overpriced autographed jersey
The autographed jersey I bought wasn't worth the price at all. The quality was not good, and I was so let down when I got it. But, the customer service here is really great. The guy, Tyler, was super fast to get back to me and gave me all the info I needed to send it back. He really went out of his way to make sure I was happy, and I appreciate that. Even though I was disappointed at first, I would think about buying from them again just because of how awesome Tyler was with the customer service.
Signed jersey purchase
I ordered a signed jersey and saw that it was taking longer to ship. I reached out to customer service on the chat, and Tyler was the one who helped me out. He was super helpful right from the beginning and even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was good. I decided to go with expedited shipping and got the jersey in no time. My husband was thrilled with it, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out, both with the product and the great customer service from Tyler.
Super Bowl LIV Patrick Mahomes signed helmet
Wow, the customer service was amazing! I bought a Patrick Mahomes signed Super Bowl LIV helmet from this company. I had to return it because of some unexpected money issues. Doreen, the customer service rep, was super helpful the whole time. She walked me through the return process with so much patience and professionalism. I really appreciate all her help and support. This company really cares about its customers and has a fantastic team providing excellent service.
My replacement item
I phoned about getting the wrong item and they sent me the correct one really quickly. They even gave me a label and explained how to send back the wrong one. My grandson is going to be so excited!
Jersey frame purchase
I bought this really cool jersey frame from this awesome store, eh? But then, oh man, my office address was wrong or something. So I called them up and talked to this girl named Cristin, and she was seriously amazing! She helped me locate my package and made sure it got to me really quickly. I received it within 24 hours of talking to her! She even called me back and sent me an email to keep me in the loop. Cristin was honestly the best ever, eh!
Customized sports memorabilia purchase
I just bought a custom sports memorabilia from this company and had a great experience. At first, I had a little problem with my order, but thanks to the awesome customer service from Cristin, everything got sorted out quickly. She worked hard to fix the issue and I got my product back in a week. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and impressed with the excellent customer service I got.

I bought a display case as a gift, and when it arrived it was cracked. Even though it was past the return deadline, I reached out to customer service because I ordered it early during the pandemic. Doreen got back to me quickly and sent a new case right away to fix the issue. Thanks to Doreen, everything was sorted out without any hassle, and I'll definitely keep supporting this company.

So, I ordered a signed hockey puck and was really excited when it arrived. But, there was a small scratch on it, and I was disappointed. I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out. I have to say, the person I spoke to was really nice! They understood my issue right away and fixed everything for me quickly. I'm really pleased with how everything worked out.

The print I bought had a little damage, but Mathew from customer service really went out of his way to fix it. He was super helpful and fast in getting back to me. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. I'll definitely buy from them again because of the awesome customer service I received.
Got jersey signed
I got this really cool jersey signed and it was awesome! But then there was a bit of a mix-up with my order and I was like "oh no, what's going on?!" But this guy stepped in and was like a superhero fixing everything. He chatted with me a bunch and made sure I was kept in the loop. It was the best customer service I've ever had!
Lost package resolved
Tracie from customer service was a real lifesaver when my package got lost by the delivery company. She helped me track it down and was so patient and understanding the whole time. Even if they couldn't find the package, I knew I could count on Tracie to make sure everything turned out okay.
Corrected order received
I got the wrong item when I ordered online, but when I contacted customer service, a really nice person helped me out right away. They fixed the issue and I got the right item in just 2 days, which was pretty quick considering I'm in Canada. I'm really happy with the customer service I got and would definitely shop with them again.
Father's Day gift
The customer service was amazing! They really went out of their way to help me change the shipping speed for my Father's Day gift. Tyler was super helpful, he even followed up with me through email to make sure everything was all sorted out. It's hard to come across this kind of top-notch customer service these days, so I was really impressed.
