Large Check-in Closet and Carry-on Backpack Closet
I recently bought a big check-in suitcase and a carry-on backpack for a 3-week trip to Scotland, and I have to say I am really impressed. These bags fit all my stuff easily and even left some extra space, which made packing super easy. Plus, they made it through the long flight without a scratch, showing that they are durable and good quality.
However, while I was in Scotland, the zipper on my big bag broke, so I couldn't use it anymore. But when I contacted customer service once I got back home, they were incredibly helpful. The person I talked to, Crisvin, knew what they were doing, took care of everything, and went above and beyond to fix my problem, making the whole process hassle-free.
Overall, I think these bags are definitely worth the money. They are sturdy and reliable, and the customer service from the company is excellent, which adds another level of comfort and satisfaction to the whole buying experience.Check-in closet original purchase
I recently bought the original check-in closet from this company and sadly, the straps on the shelf organizer started tearing after a short while of use while I was traveling in South Africa. I was really upset because I depend on this product to keep me organized during my trips. But when I contacted their customer service team, they were amazing. Lyza, the person I talked to, was super helpful and understanding. She quickly looked into the issue and gave me two options - either to get the item repaired at their expense or to get a replacement. I went with the replacement option and was surprised to get confirmation of my new order on the same day. The efficiency and professionalism of their customer service team went above and beyond my expectations. This is the kind of service all companies should aim for.
Suitcases for European trip
We bought two suitcases for our three-week trip to Europe, but when we got them, we realized they weren't right for us. Even though they had a cool design without a zipper, we had a hard time fitting all our stuff, like two pairs of shoes, in there with the divider. So, we decided to return the suitcases. But, dealing with customer service, especially Nate, was amazing. Nate was super helpful and quick to help us set up the return and get us our return labels right away. The customer service from the company went above and beyond what we expected and really made a good impression on us.
Check-In Closet Medium suitcase purchase
So, I bought this Check-In Closet Medium suitcase not too long ago, right? Well, when I was flying with United Airlines, they messed it up real good. But get this, even though United wasn't that helpful, Solgaard's customer service team totally had my back. They hooked me up with a brand new suitcase thanks to their awesome lifetime warranty. I gotta say, I was super impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. So yeah, now I'm definitely sticking with Solgaard for all my future bag needs. Great stuff!
Backpack and luggage set
I recently picked up this awesome backpack and luggage set, and I just love the way they look and how simple they are to use. The design is really nice and they're so convenient to lug around. But, get this, the closet inserts on the luggage ripped apart, and I was like, oh no! Thankfully, I reached out to the company and they were able to fix it really quickly. So now I'm back to being super pleased with my purchase.
Carry-on bag with ripped cinch strap
I just went on my first trip with the carry-on bag I bought, and unfortunately, one of the cinch straps for the closet ripped right out of the top. However, the customer service team was really quick to address my concerns and they're sending a replacement. Even though I couldn't use the strap, I still managed to make good use of the closet feature during my trip. I'm happy with the quality of the suitcase overall. I hope the replacement comes soon and that this issue was just a one-time thing.

My wife gave me this big ol' checked baggage as a gift, eh. When I was on my last trip, I noticed that the latch to open it was all messed up, ya know. Travel Gift
I gotta tell ya, this carry-on has been with me on all my business trips, from the US coast to coast all the way to Asia. It's taken its fair share of hits and bumps, but it held up pretty darn well until one of the latching rivets broke. Thankfully, Kristine from customer service was right on it and helped me get a replacement in no time. Big shoutout to her for the top-notch support after the sale.
Travel closet strap replacement
I bought a travel bag from this company for my trip to Florida and my grandson's graduation. Unfortunately, the strap broke while I was packing, which was pretty annoying. I contacted the company, and they responded quickly and got all the info they needed. They promised to send me a new bag without any trouble. I was really impressed by their fast and nice customer service.
