The clothing from this company is so luxurious and classic. Each piece feels like a great investment that will last a long time. Yes, the prices may be higher, but the quality and attention to detail in the designs make it totally worth it. The styles are unique and not something you see everywhere. And let me tell you, the customer service from this company is top-notch. They really go out of their way to help you in any way they can. It's not common to find that kind of dedication to customer satisfaction these days. I also really respect their perseverance and commitment to keep making amazing products despite the challenges their country is going through. Overall, shopping with this company is an awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for high-quality and unique designs.
Weekend set pajamas for postpartum body
So I just had a baby and I ordered some weekend set pajamas in my pre-baby size. But when they showed up, I realized that my body was still adjusting postpartum and I wasn't sure about the sizing. I decided to email customer service to ask if I could exchange for a bigger size. The rep, Tetiana, was super helpful and understanding. She got back to me quickly and gave me all the info I needed to decide. In the end, I stuck with the original size I ordered and I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality of the pajamas is top-notch and they're so comfy to wear, especially during this postpartum stage. I'll definitely be getting more stuff from this company in the future.
Pregnancy dress purchase
I recently picked up a maternity dress from them and let me tell you, I am so impressed. Being pregnant, it can be tough to find clothes that are both stylish and comfy, and actually fit well and make you feel good. But this dress ticks all the boxes. It's super comfy, looks great, and makes me feel fabulous at 5 months along. I'm thrilled with my purchase and I'm already thinking about getting two more before summer ends. I had such a good experience with the customer service team when I accidentally ordered the wrong size for two items on sale. Even though sale items are usually final sale, the team managed to stop the shipment and get the right sizes sent out. Recent linen suit purchase
I just bought a linen suit from this company and it started to fray after a few washes because it's delicate. But, I was really impressed with the amazing customer service I got, especially from Varvara. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy by offering to replace the damaged part for free. It was so nice to see that kind of dedication to making customers happy.

Pajama set too small, needed a bigger size
Oh my gosh, the customer service was incredible! I ended up getting the wrong size PJs, but the representative really came through and helped me get the right size just in time for my event. Huge shoutout to Viktoria for being so amazing!
Striped oversized pyjamas
I've had these big, striped PJs for about a year now. At first, I really liked how they looked, but the quality isn't great. The seams around the collar, legs, and arms started coming loose after only a few months. My biggest problem is with the cuffs on the legs - the stitching only goes partway around, so I keep tripping on the extra fabric. This has almost caused me to fall down the stairs a few times. Some of my friends have the same issue with their PJs too. It seems like they cared more about how they look than how well they wear. I wouldn't suggest getting these if you want PJs that will last.
Purchased comfortable and high-quality sleepwear

Feather pajama pants
I bought a pair of feather pajama pants from this store recently. At first, there was a delay in getting my order, until I contacted customer service. The people I talked to were nice, but messaging on Instagram was slow - emailing worked better. Once my order was finally sent out, it arrived in Australia quickly, so any delays were probably from processing, not shipping. But I was disappointed in the product's quality, especially for the price. The feathers started falling out right away, making the pants look less fluffy than in the website pictures. I'm worried they'll keep shedding and not hold up to regular wear. The material of the pants is ok - thick and decent quality, but too long for me, so I'll need to alter them. Overall, the service and delivery were ok, but the price didn't match the product's quality.
