Photon Mono M5 and Kobra Plus
My experience with the products from this company has been absolutely amazing. When I started using the Photon Mono M5, I was so impressed by the quality of the prints - they were just top-notch. The details looked so sharp and the machine itself was super easy to work with. But then I decided to level up and switch to a FDM printer, the Kobra Plus. That's when things got a little tricky - the machine started acting up right from day one, with the runout sensor busting up on me. But thanks to the awesome customer service team, they quickly sent me a replacement part. Just when I thought everything was back on track, the printer had another issue with a crack in the hotend. Once again, the customer service team stepped in, sent over the replacement part, and got me back up and running. This cycle went on with another part failing, but every time, the company's team was there for me, making sure I had the parts I needed. They even offered me a refund for all the trouble I went through. Shoutout to the customer service rep I worked with, LEO - their dedication and knowledge truly saved the day and turned a potentially frustrating situation into a much smoother one. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication of the team in sorting out the issues I faced.
Frustrated, responsive support, limited features, potential
When I first got my purchase, I was pretty frustrated because it didn't have all the features I wanted and had some restrictions. The customer service team was really helpful and quick to respond to my concerns, which I appreciated. But I still think there's room for improvement. The product team should really listen more to what their customers want and maybe loosen up some of the restrictions on features. For instance, being able to print remotely from other slicing apps and having more options for adjusting the firmware would make the user experience a lot better. Even with these limitations, I've been able to figure out some workarounds and learn important lessons that have helped me get better printing results. I think with a few changes, this printer could really stand out in its category.
Anycubic M5s Pro and Wash & Cure 3 Plus purchase
I just got my hands on the Anycubic M5s Pro along with the Wash & Cure 3 Plus. I've only tried one print with fast resin, so I can't really give a fair review just yet. I'm going to do more tests with different resins down the road to give a better idea. Gotta say, the staff was super professional, kind, and really paid attention to detail. Thanks for the awesome service.
Anycubic mono 6ks resin printer
I just bought a resin printer from this company. The printer is great quality and price, but getting a perfect print can be tough even with lots of research. I know it might not be the company's fault, but I found help from the online community instead of the company itself. Still, I gotta say the product and the company are top-notch and definitely worth the investment.
Efficient support for broken Kobra2 Pro head
Big shoutout to Obi from support for coming through when my Kobra2 Pro head decided to call it quits. Thanks to him, I was back up and running in no time, printing away like nothing happened. His customer service skills really made my whole interaction with the company a pleasant one. Props to Obi!
Excellent customer service, issue resolved quickly
I had such a good experience with the customer service at this company. They were really helpful, always got back to me quickly, and fixed the problem I had with my purchase right away. I didn't have to stress about anything because they handled everything so well. Overall, I'm super happy with the service I got.
Replacement accessory
My time at that place was awesome! I ordered the wrong thing, but the support team was super helpful and helped me find the right one. They even sent it to me for free, which was great because I didn't have to deal with international shipping.
