Baracuta G9 jacket
I called the store yesterday to sort out a payment problem with my bank when I was buying a Baracuta G9 jacket. The guy I talked to was really helpful and made sure the jacket was still in my cart. I followed his tips, placed my order again, and got the jacket the next day. Their customer service was top-notch, and the delivery was right on time. I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about ordering from this store 'cause of some not-so-great reviews I read. But hey, I took a chance and ordered a pair of boots anyway. And you know what? So, recently I bought three shirts from this store. Even though I read some bad reviews, I gotta say I had a good experience. The shirts came the very next day and were just like they were advertised - real Ralph Lauren shirts. I was happy with the quality of the shirts and how quickly they were delivered. I'll definitely think about using this service again next time I need some clothes.

Shoes
Oh gosh, I bought these really awesome shoes online but they didn't fit because the size chart was off. When I tried to send them back for a refund, they made me cover the postage and also deducted the original delivery cost. That's so unfair! 😠
