I've been using this travel pack from this company for a few years now, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer for me. I gotta tell ya, I'm super impressed with the stuff I got from this company. The suitcases, camera backpack, and compression cubes are top-notch in quality and design. I've been on the lookout for a brand I can rely on as much as my old faithful Eagle Creek gear from back in the day, and I'm happy to report that I've found it with this company. The attention to detail and craftsmanship on these bags is really something else. The carryon with four wheels is tough and practical, the camera backpack is well thought out and comfy to wear, and the compression cubes keep my stuff neat and secure. 1L Sling Bag
I got the 1L Tiger Stripe Sling Bag last year and had some trouble with the warranty and shipping. Even though the bag came with a lifetime warranty, I had to pay a crazy amount for shipping to send it back. The shipping cost was more than what I paid for the bag, which was really disappointing. But after talking to Customer Service, I got it sorted out and they gave me a store credit. Just a heads up though - if you're buying the bag outside the US, be careful when returning it because they might just send you a new one instead of fixing the one you have. In the end, the customer service was good and I'm thankful they stuck to their warranty policies.
Durable messenger bag
I've had my trusty messenger bag for more than a year now, and it's been through a lot with me. I use it every day, packing it full with all my stuff. Unfortunately, the strap ended up breaking recently. I contacted customer service hoping to just get a new strap, but they went above and beyond and sent me a whole new bag. I was really impressed with their service and how they made sure I was happy. The bag itself is really good quality, holding up well even with me using it so much. I'd definitely recommend this messenger bag to anyone looking for something durable and reliable.
New Backpack
Man, the person I chatted with was super nice and so helpful when I had trouble with my new backpack. I was stressing thinking it was gonna be a huge hassle to fix, but they made it a breeze. I just got this awesome backpack a couple of weeks back and I'm totally loving it! But then, it went on sale and I was like, "Oh man! I paid more for it!" So, I decided to shoot an email to customer service to check if they could match the sale price. And you know what? They gave me a refund right away! I'm really pleased with their service!

Hey, so I ordered some stuff from this site and I just wanted to make sure they were all registered for warranty. I sent an email to customer service and they got back to me super fast!
