Blondo Samira boots purchase
I just bought a pair of Blondo Samira boots from this store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with everything. The delivery was quick, the boots were exactly what I expected and really good quality. The customer service was awesome, they knew their stuff and were super helpful. Plus, I got a discount for buying online which was a nice bonus. I've shopped at this store in person before and had a good experience, so I thought I'd try their online shop - and I'm so happy I did! The boots showed up nicely packaged and in perfect condition. Shoe purchase canceled due to lack of inventory
I bought something from this store not long ago, but it ended up being a big letdown. I was really excited when I ordered a pair of shoes and waited a whole week for them to arrive. But then I got a message saying my order was canceled because they didn't have enough in stock. I was so disappointed and frustrated because I was really looking forward to getting those new shoes.
Damaged pair of boots
I just got myself a new pair of boots online and boy was I let down when they arrived all banged up. I tried contacting customer service to get an exchange, but they just weren't getting it and didn't offer much help. The person I talked to was no help at all and brushed me off, so now I'm stuck with these unusable boots. The whole thing was super annoying and kind of a bummer. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
