iPhone leather case
I've been using the iPhone leather case from MOUS for over 4 months now and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The support team at MOUS has been amazing in helping me out with any questions I've had about the product. The Limitless 5 iPhone leather case is a game-changer for sure. It's got this perfect mix of luxurious leather on the back and a grippy texture on the sides. It's even more comfortable and functional than Apple's leather cases. It fits just right in my hand and slides in and out of my pocket with no issue. The grip is secure and the buttons are easy to use. It's a bit bulkier than other cases, but the added protection is totally worth it. The ribbed sides give me excellent grip and I have no worries about dropping my phone. The raised edges provide extra protection - I dropped my phone on tiles and both the phone and the case were totally fine. Overall, I'm super happy with the quality and functionality of this case and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch, durable phone case.
Phone case purchase
I just bought a phone case from MOUS and I have to say, I'm super impressed with how good their stuff is. The case really keeps my phone safe - I've dropped it a few times and my phone is still in perfect condition. Multiple phone cases dating back to 2018
I've been a customer of this company since 2018 and I've bought a few phone cases from them. I've always been happy with the great quality products and top-notch service they offer. Recently, one of my cases had a defect after a few months. I reached out to their customer service and sent them some photos of the problem. They quickly sent me a new case under warranty, no questions asked. I like that they really care about making sure customers are happy and they back up their products.
Smartphone bike mount purchase
I bought a bike mount for my smartphone from this store, thinking it would keep my phone safe while I ride. But, my phone kept falling off the mount three times during just one ride. I was pretty disappointed with the product. I reached out to the support team and they quickly got back to me, offering a full refund. Even though the product didn't work out for me, I was happy with the customer service I received from the team.
Motorcycle mount and magnetic guided lock system phone case
The phone case is alright, but the motorcycle mount is just asking for trouble. The mount stays put on the handlebar, but the link to the phone case is weak and not to be trusted. My phone was all over the place whenever I hit a bump or picked up speed, and it drove me crazy. I really regret tossing out the product case, assuming I wouldn't need it to send it back.
Replacement product
I had a problem with something I bought, and the people at the store really went out of their way to help me. They took the time to hear me out and swapped the item for me without any trouble at all. I was impressed by how much they care about their customers and how committed they are to giving great service. Let me tell you, this phone case is top of the line. It's tough and really lasts, plus the customer service at this place is amazing. I've had this case for a couple of years and it's still going strong. And when I had a small problem with it, they offered me a full refund or a new one right away. Wood design iPhone case
I got this cool wooden case for my iPhone and it's seriously the best! Super tough, looks great, and it's saved my phone from getting wrecked so many times. I ordered something from Mous and the package got lost by the delivery guys! But Mous came through and sent me a replacement really quickly. The folks I talked to were all really friendly and professional. And the product is amazing!
Protective gear for electronics
I just got some new protective gear for my electronics and let me tell you, it's awesome. It does exactly what it says it'll do - keeps my stuff safe. Makes me feel a whole lot better knowing that my expensive gadgets are well-protected.
