Six air purifiers
I bought six air purifiers from this company not too long ago, eh? And lemme tell ya, I ain't too impressed with 'em. They don't work consistently well, even though they cost a pretty penny. Plus, the mobile app that's supposed to go with 'em has all sorts of issues too, makin' it practically useless when I try to use it. And to top it off, big-shot consumer review groups like Consumer Reports don't have high praise for these products either. Looks like they still gotta make some improvements in terms of quality and performance, eh?

I've been using this air purifier for a bit now and I gotta say, I'm not impressed. The tech in it is wonky - the filter keeps restarting and the iOS app is super unreliable, making it a pain to even connect to the dang purifier. And don't even get me started on the customer service - total letdown. For 800 bucks, I was expecting way better quality. I think there are probably better options out there, like on Amazon or other online shops.
Air purifier
The air quality in our home took a hit because of those wildfires in California. We bought an air purifier, and let me tell you, it's been a lifesaver. It not only helped clear the air pronto during the fires, but it's been keeping things fresh and clean ever since. My doctor suggested I get one because of my asthma and smoke sensitivity, and I'm really happy I listened. Plus, we've got two medium-sized dogs, but thanks to the air purifier, you wouldn't even know they're around in the house.
Mini+ air purifier
I bought a Mini+ air purifier not long ago, but it didn't work when I first tried it. I got it on a Saturday and tried setting it up the next day, but it wouldn't turn on at all. I called customer service for help, but the person I talked to wasn't very good at English and kind of talked down to me. I had a frustrating time dealing with them, so I just returned the purifier to the store and got a different one that my friend suggested.
International customer service
I bought something from this company hoping it would be great. But then I found out it wasn't easy being an international customer. The filters for the product cost a lot, and when you add the shipping, it's hard to replace them often like they say you should. When I talked to customer service about it, they just gave me a generic answer saying they only ship to the US and Canada. Not being flexible for international customers is a big problem for the company, even though their product is pretty good.
Air and MiniAir+
I have some conflicting feelings about my experience with the Air and MiniAir+. The Air worked great right away and did a really good job. But the MiniAir+ was a letdown since it never worked properly out of the box. It seems like the company behind the MiniAir+ needs to improve their game to reach the same level of quality as the Air device.
Faulty product
I got the product and tried to set it up but had no luck. It wouldn't connect to WiFi and kept showing an error that said there was no filter. When I called customer service, I had trouble talking to the person because of language differences, which just made me more frustrated. After trying for more than an hour without success, I ended up with no connection and a product that doesn't work. A friend suggested this device, but now I'm not sure if it was a good recommendation. I'll have to find another air purifier that actually works.
Air purifier malfunction
So, my air purifier decided to quit on me after just 3 years of using it. I reached out to customer service to see about getting it fixed or replaced, but they basically told me my warranty was up and I'd have to buy a new one. This guy Joel, who said he was a supervisor, didn't seem to care at all and just said there was nothing they could do. It's kind of ridiculous that with these things costing so much, they don't have any repair services or a team to figure out what went wrong. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated with the lack of options and the terrible customer service. Definitely won't be buying from them again.
Allergic air purifier
I was super pumped to test out this air purifier after watching a neat video, but the moment I switched it on, I had a severe asthma attack. My entire apartment felt stuffy and dirty. I ended up having to visit the doctor because my breathing was the worst it's been in years. Dealing with customer service to return the purifier was a nightmare. They took ages to reply and randomly charged me over $200. It was a huge headache and to top it off, they couldn't even cancel my filter subscription when I sent back the unit. So frustrating!

I had to get my credit card company involved to get the return instructions and labels, and even then it took more emails to make sure my card got refunded. This whole thing made me doubt their customer service and how they handle things. I think they were super unprofessional and all over the place with this return, and it really changed how I see the company.

So, I got this air purifier back in early 2018 and man, it's been running non-stop ever since. Yeah, it was pretty expensive at $799 plus tax, but hey, it does the job well. I even told my friends about it, but that was before I had to order more units for them. Let me tell you, the website is a total disaster. Like, seriously, buggy checkout processes and like, zero customer support. I had to go through all these hoops just to place an order, and then it got rejected for no reason at all. The customer support was no help at all, like totally clueless. I really regret recommending Molekule now.
And don't even get me started on the auto-refills system. Supposed to be hassle-free? More like a huge headache. To be honest, this whole experience has me questioning if this fancy device was even worth the investment.Air purifier
