Fancy purse from the website
OMG, I ordered this amazing purse from this website all the way from the UK and then found out it was actually coming from the Netherlands! I got an email saying DPD was gonna deliver it in 3 or 4 days, but it never showed up. DPD just kept saying it was on the way, but seriously, was it headed to the moon or what?! So I contacted them, and they said they were really swamped with orders, which was causing delays. It felt like forever, but finally, DPD gave me an update and I finally got my purse!! It looked just like it did on the website, so I'm really excited about it.

After reading those bad reviews, I wasn't too sure about buying that handbag. But when it arrived, I was actually pretty happy with it! It came in perfect shape thanks to some great packaging. I recently went to a store in the mall and was so impressed by the customer service I got. Two employees, Jerome and Khadija, really went the extra mile to make sure I had a fantastic shopping trip. Even though the store was super busy, they still took the time to help me and make sure I was happy with the handbag and watch I bought. Good customer service in retail is hard to come by these days, so it was really nice to see such dedicated and attentive staff in action.
A super cute bag for my BFF
I was super nervous about ordering because of the reviews, but I have to say, I really disagree with them! My order arrived in just 5 days (and the shipping was free!), the bag I received is exactly what I was looking for, and it looks really fancy. The only issue is that they left the price tag inside, which was a bit of a downer since it was a gift. Overall, I had a great experience ordering and I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future!
Purchased a leather handbag
I was really bummed out by the handbag I bought, it was not up to par especially considering how much I paid for it. The leather felt super cheap and the stitching was already falling apart after just a few times using it. I thought a high-end brand would have better quality workmanship. Also, the customer service I got when I raised my concerns was pretty meh. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less and weren't very helpful, which really put me off. On top of all that, the prices are way too high for what you get. I could find way better handbags for way less money somewhere else. And to make things worse, the delivery took forever, which was super frustrating. Overall, my experience was a big letdown and I won't be shopping here again.

Boots purchased
So, eh, I bought these really cute boots online, thinking they'd be all fancy 'cause the brand is known for being, like, super luxury and stuff. But after wearing them only a few times, the leather started peeling off, eh! Not cool, eh. I tried reaching out to their customer service and they were like, "Sorry, not our problem." Um, excuse me, what? Talk about disgusting customer service, like, seriously. Now I feel totally conned out of my money, not cool at all, eh.
